Rebecca Chadwick, LMFT
Psychotherapy
My Approach
I help individuals who are feeling anxious, lost, disconnected, overwhelmed, unstable, or alone. These feelings may be related to a specific season of life or could be ways that you’ve felt for a long time.
My approach is compassionate, engaged, and warm. I work from contemporary psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches. I believe that deeper, sustained healing comes from exploring the root causes of suffering and untangling the patterns that keep individuals stuck. Although the process of therapy may feel difficult at moments, it is also often filled with creativity, relief, and discovery.

About
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, a BA in Gender Studies from the University of Colorado, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I continued my post-graduate training at the San Francisco Center for Psychoanalysis (SFCP) and received my certification in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. My primary interests are relational psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and attachment. I am fascinated by human emotion, and I love exploring how early interactions impact current ways of being.
